Qualifications :
- College or university degree in insurance, finance, economics, and/or financial security. Certification is a key asset.
- Experience in managing group insurance and/or group annuity plans.
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products (health, disability, life, retirement, etc.).
- Experience in client needs analysis and developing tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in group insurance plan management tools and specialized software.
- Ability to analyze and optimize insurance plans based on the financial needs of businesses.
- Basic actuarial skills and cost modeling expertise.
- Ability to negotiate with insurance providers to secure the best conditions for clients.
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing group insurance, as well as the fiscal aspects of these plans.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients, and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Portfolio management skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and promote financial solutions tailored to client needs.
